"Biofarmlab" has invested 400 million rubles in expanding its cosmetics production in Dubna.

The cosmetics manufacturer LLC "Biopharmlab," a resident of the Dubna Special Economic Zone, has expanded its production by constructing two new manufacturing facilities, with investments totaling 400 million rubles, according to a press release from the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science of the Moscow Region.

"Two new production and warehouse complex buildings of 'Biopharmlab' will begin manufacturing cosmetic products in August of this year. The total volume of investments in the company's project has already exceeded 1.4 billion rubles," said Deputy Prime Minister of the region and Minister of Investment, Industry, and Science of Moscow Oblast, Ekaterina Zinovieva, in a press release.

The production volume of 'Biopharmlab' exceeds 15 million packages of perfumery and cosmetic products per year, and with the expansion, the company will be able to increase the maximum capacity of the facility to 30 million packages annually. According to the ministry, the total area of the production complex after the introduction of the new buildings will exceed 10,000 square meters.

LLC 'Biopharmlab' has been a resident of the Dubna Special Economic Zone since 2016 and specializes in the production of perfumery, cosmetic products, and dietary supplements. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL), the company is owned by private individuals.
