Scientists in Kuban are developing a software-hardware complex for monitoring deviations in cosmetic production in real time.
Scientists from the Kuban State Technological University (KubGTU), in partnership with the company "Metallostroymash" and with the support of the Kuban Scientific Foundation (KNF), are implementing a project to digitize cosmetic production, as reported by the foundation's press service.
The main goal of the project is to develop a software-hardware complex capable of monitoring and predicting deviations in the production process in real time using machine learning algorithms. Such a system will allow for timely adjustments to be made during production.
According to the developers, the new platform will ensure precise adherence to formulations, automatic synchronization with management systems, improved quality and stability of products, reduced material and resource losses, as well as faster order fulfillment.
Moreover, the project is expected to create new jobs in the fields of industrial automation, analytics, and IT. Experts note that the implementation of such solutions contributes to the modernization of production processes.
