The raw material can be potatoes or other root vegetables. All machine is made of food grade stainless steel 304. The whole line works smoothly and efficiently. Easy to operate, can save a lot of labor cost. Capacity is 200 – 300 raw potatoes per hour.

The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, coupler and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifugal force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials form regular eddy.
The Machine consists of screen box at material inlet and outlet, vibrator and shock absorber. There are 4-6 sets of flexible rubber shock absorber connected between base and screen box in up-down order. Centrifugal force is generated upon starting the machine.

The Advantage Machinery PW-12 is a fully automatic paper wrapping machine that is efficient and easy to use. The machine uses a Kraft paper roll to wrap square products. The machine can be fed by hand or inline with the production line. The product goes in through the infeed conveyor where a pusher takes the product into the paper wrapping section. A sleeve gets made around the product and then the sides get folded and tucked in. The product is sealed closed with pressure sensitive tape and delivered. The machine is ideal for books cd and magazines.

This machine allows one person to form, pack and seal cases in one operation. The operator opens the flat case and places it into the erector. The machine folds the bottom flaps ready for packing. After packing, the operator presses the foot-switch or push-button. The machine automatically pushes the case into a case sealer, saving time and labour costs.
