Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD) are primarily used in almost all chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dyestuff and other process industries to dry materials by fluidization with hot and / or dehumidified air, which creates a turbulence in the wet product (not totally liquid) while flowing through it. The machine has a Modular Design and provides uniform drying with less drying time.
All SUS304 stainless steel frame, elegant and compact, non-coating process, pollution free. Equipped with large size stainless steel steam storage tank, which stores enough steam to provide stable and even steam spray, and this helps shrinking effect perfect. Dual wall design for energy saving, heat isolation and operator protection.
The drying machine XHP-II can be used as a dryer for medicine, chemistry, food, agricultural and by-products, marine products, light and heavy industry such as raw medicine, Chinese herb, Chinese herbal tablet, extracts, powder, bottle for packaging, dye, paint, dehydration of vegetables, fruits and nuts, plastic epoxy resin and components, baking dyes, etc.
The bale shredder is the perfect choice when it comes to shredding large bales It comprises a hopper, a chain conveyor and four shredding rollers. The unwrapped bale is loaded into the hopper and falls onto the conveyor, which drags it towards the rollers. The peat is then gradually shredded when coming into contact with the four rotating studded rollers.
The Disc Screen is an efficient and cost-effective choice for high-volume coarse screening applications. Materials pass through a series of rotating shaft assemblies that all feature a set of steel discs arranged at precise openings to provide the desired product separation. Fine material falls down through the disc openings, while over-sized material is conveyed to the end of the screen and discharged into a bunker or onto a reject conveyor.
The Hammer Mill is designed to shred pre-screened prior to the mixing or bagging step. It consists of three screens forming a basket and four rows of free-swinging hammers mounted on a 24-inch (300 mm) high-speed rotor. The hammers are made with steel plates that are ½ in (13 mm) thick and can be turned/rotated three times so as to use all four sides before replacement is needed. The screen opening size may vary from ¾ in to 2 in (19 to 51 mm).
Premier Tech’s HML Series Mill is designed to efficiently shred loose and batt material, or products with similar characteristics. Typical applications are edge trimming and scrap product recycling. The product is fed through an infeed conveyor and directed to the inlet of the mill. The product is cut by a set of rotary knives that push the product through a stationary grate. The grate can be delivered with different spacings to achieve different sizes of finished product. The design of the grate and knives, combined with a relatively slow rotating speed, gives a very high quality product that is cut instead of crushed. A pre-shredder is available as an option for greater density materials.
Spraying systems are precision dosing devices designed to add water-soluble fertilizers or wetting agents to professional and retail growing media. They comprise two parts: a pumping unit with tanks, pump and structure, and a distribution unit with valves, nozzles and diverting plates installed over a conveyor. Spraying systems are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which activates both the pump and the number of nozzles required in order to obtain the desired flow.
The Pre-Screening Unit is designed to execute a first screening and thus remove the bigger pieces of material before they are processed on a screening or mixing line. It comprises a hopper section with a conveyor, a vibrating screen box equipped with self-cleaning Grizzly™ fingers, and a collection conveyor. Material is fed into the hopper and transported to the screener. The larger pieces of material float on top of the fingers, and then fall down the chute at the end of the screener to form a reject stockpile. The smaller pieces pass through the screen, are collected by a conveyor, and can then be processed.
The Star Screener is a screening machine designed to process organic materials of various moisture contents. It is made of rubber or plastic stars mounted on rapidly rotating shafts. The special shape of the stars allows fine materials to fall through the screen, and onto a collection conveyor or to create a stockpile. Larger pieces of material float on top of the stars and fall at the end of the screen to form a reject stockpile or to be collected by complementary equipment.
