ANKO’s Noodle Extruder NDL-100 is a compact, versatile commercial noodle machine co-developed with Taiwan’s Food Industry Research and Development Institute. It can produce large quantities of noodles in unique shapes like hearts, fish, dumbbells, and triangles, enhancing sauce absorption. With automated portioning and a small footprint of just 1.3 square meters, it is ideal for specialty noodle producers, central kitchens, chain restaurants, and food factories of any size. It handles various dough types, including gluten-free or protein-based, and delivers up to 100kg of 3mm noodles per hour.
