Description

The Machine is a versatile solution for packaging honey balls, liquids, and irregular shapes (elliptical, square, triangular). It features a cycloid wheel reducer for quiet, stable operation and adjustable stroke for flexible blister sizing (50–120mm). With a cutting frequency of 10–20 times/min and capacity of 2,000 blisters/hour, it handles PVC, PTP foil, and dialysis paper. Compact (2300×560×1600mm) and GMP-compliant, it’s ideal for pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics. Includes peristaltic pump for liquid filling.
