The Model TRM300 by respected Spanish manufacturer Ear-Flap, is an automatic tray former with manual adjustment, tray bottom sealing via hot melt and comes standard with a PLC and LCD color touch screen control panel. The TRM300 Automatic Tray Former can achieve outputs of up to 10 trays per minute.
The machine can work with a large processing range for carton sizes. Glue spraying distance is control by encoder, ensuring consistent glue spraying length on each tray and permitting adjustment and memorizing at any time. For operation the machine needs compressed air with a pressure of 5 – 8 kg/ cm2. Processing capacity is 25 cartons per minute.
This machine shapes the cartons automatically and closes their bottoms flaps within hot glue. Applicable to production lined of various bottle types, glass bottle, PET bottle, cans etc. Output is 8 – 25 carton depending on the carton size.

Carton size range: L: 200-450 W: 150-400 H: 100-340 mm. Bottom cover is sealed with adhesive tape, equipped with PLC and touch screen.
