Biscuits are grouped into hard biscuits, cookie biscuits and soda biscuits, depending on the formula, process and method of forming. This production line generally contains a feeding machine (if producing chocolate-coated biscuits or soda biscuits), a set of dough rollers, through rolling and sheeting the dough, then through roller cutting machine, a rest material recycling device, an inlet oven machine.

This is a kind of packaging equipment which is widely used in the packing of biscuits, cookies, chips and other snacks. The machine is an ideal piece of equipment for making 2 or 3-layer biscuits. It can produce high-quality biscuits with different shapes and thicknesses.

This machine is mainly used for mixing ball shape, grain shape materials, polishing, coating, and other processes in confectionery or pharmaceutical industries. The machine consists of a frame body, worm, screw driving system, stainless steel pan, heater and fan (optional), and a control pan-el. Production capacity is 1000 – 1250 kg/h.
