The washing operation of model VLW-100 vial washing machine is based on a set of seven timers, which control the duration of each washing process and the flow of different washing media via five inlet ports. Timers are readily adjustable to obtain a washing duration from 0.1 to 99 seconds. Vials in inverted position, resting on two or three stationery washing trays, undergo one external and up to four internal flushing.

The VPF-TCI Automatic Vial Powder Filling & Stoppering Isolator is used for vial powder filling and stoppering. Supports vials Ø22-30mm, height 35-75mm. Output 60-100 pcs/min. Filling range 40-2000 mg (4 dosing discs). Accuracy ±3% of 1 g may depend on the material. Powder sample testing is required. Suitable for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
