This machine is used in pharmaceutical industry for washing 50, 100, 250 and 500 ml glass bottles with subsequent filling with IV solutions. The filling system can realize CIP and SIP. “No container — no filling” system.

Filling nozzles are made of SS 316, all exposed parts — SS 304. “No vial — no filling system”. Height adjustment to match with other machines in line. Can run dry and wet rubber stoppers and supplied with liquid collecting tray. Minimum change over time, from one size of container or fill size to another.
The Basic Unit Consists of Turn Tables, S.S. Slat Conveyor Belt, Simultaneous Gassing with Filling, Pneumatic System. All Liquid Contact Parts are of S.S. 316, the Body Structure is built up of S.S. 304. No Bottle/ No rubber Stopper – Machine stops system. Can run both dry as well wet rubber stoppers. Quick changeover. Output: 60 BPM.
