Description
This is a semi-automatic double-head liquid weighing and filling machine featuring reliable electrical and pneumatic components for stable performance and low failure rates. It adjusts to various bottle shapes and sizes without part replacement. It is used for filling liquids such as engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, and edible oil, with a filling range of 150g to 30kg and accuracy of ±10g. The machine supports a maximum flow rate of 100L per two heads per minute and handles liquids below 90℃.
