Designed for applying self-adhesive labels on products with diameter within 30 – 130 mm. Labeling accuracy is ±1mm. The machine can be connected according to customer requirements in a line or it can be used as a stand-alone machine. PLC (Siemens) controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.

The rotary hot glue labeling machine automatically transfers the bottle to the rotary mechanism through the screw. The labeling machine starts to run automatically after receiving the bottle feeding signal fed back by the detection device. After the label passes through the tensioning mechanism and the rectifier, it enters the label cutting mechanism to cut the label into the specified length.
