The industrial developer RBNA has received a Compliance Opinion Statement (COS) for the "Ryabinovaya" food technopark, the company's press service announced on August 26. This is the first technopark in the capital specializing in food production. Today, the complex is 70% occupied by tenants, including foodservice companies such as dark kitchens, factory-kitchens, catering services, and restaurants. As Mashnews has learned, about ten businesses will be based at the technopark. Among the largest residents of the project are "Rybnaia Manufaktura," "Verona," and "ABC Coffee."
"Currently, the tenants are carrying out preparatory work to set up production spaces. Some companies will start manufacturing and shipping products as early as September, while others are still focused on laying communications or arranging equipment, meaning they will begin operations later," Pavel Nesmachny, CEO of RBNA, told Mashnews.
The technopark is located in Moscow's Western Administrative District on Rabinovaya Street. The total area of the complex is 12,000 square meters. It is designed to meet the technical and regulatory requirements of food production: a column grid of 8x8 meters, working ceiling height of 3.9 meters, a concrete floor with an anti-dust coating that can withstand a load of 750 kg per square meter. The complex includes an underground level for unloading with direct access for courier vehicles.
According to RBNA, the new technopark can accommodate food production facilities of any scale, and its convenient transport accessibility allows for quick delivery of fresh ready-to-eat products to consumers. Additionally, all residents have access to the support measures provided by the Moscow government.
As Pavel Nesmachny informed Mashnews, investments in the "Rabinovaya" project amounted to 1.7 billion rubles. Construction took two years. The developer’s plans include creating more food technoparks, and suitable sites are currently being sought.
"Such businesses are only just emerging in the country. However, this format looks very promising and will definitely grow," concluded the CEO of RBNA.
