ROSBIOTECH is considering the possibility of cooperating with LLC Russia-China Bridge (Rasha-Chaina Bridge), established at the initiative of entrepreneurs from the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, with active support from the Chinese Union of Food Producers. The plans include the creation of Scientific and Educational Centers (SEC) for the development of new products and technologies that will be in demand on both the Russian and Chinese markets.
A meeting with representatives of LLC "Rasha-Chaina Bridge" took place at the ROSBIOTECH facility. Among the delegates were Andrei Volkov, President of the All-Russian Union of Plant-Based Product Manufacturers; Vitaly Zinchenko, Director of Technical Regulation for the Guild of Kremlin Suppliers; Huang Meng, Director of LLC "Rasha-Chaina Bridge"; Antonina Dymova, Director of Innovative Products for LLC "Rasha-Chaina Bridge"; and Elizaveta Evdokunina, Chief Technologist of LLC "Rasha-Chaina Bridge."
ROSBIOTECH University was represented by Natalia Murina, Vice-Rector for Technological Development and Commercialization; Ekaterina Vольnova (Volnovа), Acting Head of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioorganic Synthesis; and Oleg Omelchenko, Director of the Center for Commercialization and Technology Transfer.
The participants discussed key areas of cooperation, including standardization, adaptation of food ingredients, and demonstration of high-tech equipment. Both parties will examine Russian and Chinese standards to facilitate easier market entry for products on international platforms. The ROSBIOTECH technopark will feature demonstration stands for Chinese equipment and joint laboratories, providing students and potential partners with access to cutting-edge technologies. Staff from ROSBIOTECH and LLC "Rasha-Chaina Bridge" will adapt Chinese products for the Russian market and vice versa, taking into account the taste preferences of the peoples of Russia and China.
Participants expressed confidence in the successful development of joint projects that will strengthen Russian-Chinese ties in the food industry and biotechnology sectors. In the near future, both sides will prepare a draft protocol and roadmap to formalize the collaboration.
