Description

This machine is equipped with PLC control and a touch panel. It is designed to produce tea bags with a string and tag, automatically attaching them without staples. The machine creates a complete package with an inner filter paper bag and an outer laminated film bag, both 3-side sealed. It has a filling weight range of 1–5 grams and operates at a speed of 30–45 bags per minute, suitable for coffee, tea, and herbs.
