The Bottle Unscrambler automatically orients and feeds bulk bottles onto a conveyor after they are poured into its storage hopper. It features automatic detection and rejection of inverted or improperly oriented bottles, infinitely variable speed, and intelligent control for the next process. Constructed from SS304 stainless steel, this fully automatic system operates at a capacity of 30 to 100 bottles per minute, saving labor and ensuring smooth, reliable delivery.
