The 31st Agroprodmash-2026 Food Equipment Exhibition will be held on September 28 — October 1 at Crocus Expo.
Preparations for the main event of the year for the food and processing industry are starting in Moscow. Agroprodmash-2026 — the 31st international exhibition of equipment, technologies, raw materials and ingredients — will be held from September 28 to October 1, 2026 in the Crocus Expo IEC (Pavilion 3). The organizer is traditionally EXPOCENTRE JSC.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as under the patronage of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This confirms the status of the exhibition as a key platform for dialogue between business and the state.
According to preliminary data from the organizers, the Agroprodmash-2026 exposition will break the records of previous years:
- 930 companies from 21 countries;
- more than 2,000 global brands and domestic manufacturers;
- over 27,000 professional visitors;
- 25 thematic sections of the exhibition.
The exhibition preserves the unique logic of the distribution of the exposition, covering the entire food production chain — from raw materials and ingredients to the release of the finished product, its packaging, quality control, refrigeration and logistics. Separate halls are traditionally reserved for meat, poultry and fish processing equipment, refrigeration and freezing equipment, packaging solutions and automation, as well as confectionery, bakery and dairy industries.
"Agroprodmash is a unique platform for the food industry, as it offers equipment and ingredients for all branches of the food industry, as well as related solutions for packaging, cooling, storage, robotization and digitalization of production," EXPOCENTRE JSC notes.
The key trends of the business program will be national technological sovereignty, product safety and quality, as well as automation of food production. The organizers expect that these areas will be reflected both in the exhibition and in a rich business program with forums, conferences and practical sessions.
Following the results of the previous anniversary exhibition Agroprodmash-2025, which was attended by over 850 companies from 21 countries, the industry clearly outlined a course towards import substitution and robotics. In 2026, these trends will continue: manufacturers are betting on cost optimization, increasing the shelf life of finished products, and customizing solutions to meet specific customer needs.
The All-Russian exhibition rating calls Agroprodmash the best exhibition in the country in all categories on the subject of "Food industry: equipment and ingredients". For engineers, technologists and production managers, this is the main opportunity in four days to solve practical tasks related to the modernization of workshops and the purchase of equipment.
