Over 140 printing houses are ready for new stages of labeling cosmetics and household chemicals starting from May 1. They offer a full range of services, from packaging design development to code application, helping businesses reduce costs, reported the press service of the Center for the Development of Perspective Technologies (CDPT).

"Over 145 printing houses have already announced their readiness to work with new product categories. This is a convenient solution for companies that want to minimize the costs of installing their own equipment," said Varvara Mikhailova, Head of the Department for Consumer Goods at the Center for the Development of Perspective Technologies (CDPT).

It is noted that such cooperation is especially beneficial for small and medium-sized businesses. At the same time, working with printing houses does not exempt companies from the need to register in the "Chestny Znak" (Honest Sign) system and follow established rules, explained the press service. However, this approach simplifies the labeling process for those just starting to work with the system or producing goods in small batches.

Alexey Zyudin, Commercial Director of the printing house Remas, whose words were cited by CDPT, shared that specialists have ensured full readiness of equipment for applying Data Matrix codes on packaging—whether boxes, packs, or labels. Moreover, the printing house has adapted its processes to meet the current requirements of the "Chestny Znak" system.
