The company "Rinsler" (St. Petersburg), a manufacturer of PET products, will build a new production facility for cosmetic and household chemical packaging.
The production capacity of the facility — 92 million bottles without printing, 23 million bottles with printing, and 237 million caps per year — will allow the company to capture 10–15% of the market, which is currently estimated to be 60% reliant on imports. Meanwhile, demand for this type of product grew by 65% in 2024, reaching 11.5 billion rubles, primarily due to price increases. The launch of the production line is scheduled for July–August 2025. A total of 840 million rubles has been invested in the project, with 672 million rubles provided by the Industrial Development Fund as a preferential loan.
