The company "BiopharmLab" has launched two new automated production lines at the Dubna Special Economic Zone (OEZ).

The company can now produce an additional 40,000 units of perfume and cosmetic products per day.

Currently, the company’s production capacity stands at over 15 million packages of high-quality perfumery and cosmetic products per year, with revenue from sales exceeding 2 billion rubles.

This result was made possible through significant investment in business development—nearly 1.5 billion rubles to date—as well as the expansion of production infrastructure. Additionally, the company continuously implements cutting-edge technologies, expands its product range, and boosts efficiency through the automation of production processes.

Two new production lines have been launched: one for filling cosmetic products into bottles and another for producing lip balms, including stick-shaped ones, according to Ivan Dymchuk, the General Director of "BiopharmLab."

"For us, this is a significant step forward in substantially increasing our production capabilities and bringing the enterprise to a new level. This equipment will allow us to produce an additional 40,000 units of product per day," he said.

At the Dubna Special Economic Zone (OEZ), the company manufactures perfumery and cosmetic products under the brands LIBREDERM, Sebocelin, Vegan up, and AEVIT. The company sells its products throughout Russia and exports them to 19 countries worldwide, including China, Vietnam, Mongolia, and CIS countries. Last year, the brand entered the Arab market, reaching the UAE, Qatar, and Iran.
