The cosmetics manufacturer ESTILAB has invested approximately 200 million rubles in expanding its production.

ESTILAB, a full-cycle Russian cosmetics company, announces the relocation of its production facility, which was previously located in Khimki, to the city of Dubna. The move is driven by the need to enhance and expand capacities in anticipation of the company's brand portfolio development.

The launch of the new production site has expanded the manufacturing area to 6,500 square meters. The new capacities represent a high-tech facility equipped with an automated production management system and an innovative water purification system of its own design. The complex also includes a modern laboratory for quality control of raw materials and finished products.

In November, the facility will be operating at full capacity, allowing the company to increase its annual production volume from 3 to 5 million units for its brands, as well as expand export directions and adapt the product range to local markets.

The staff of the new production site is fully composed of residents of Dubna, creating around 100 new jobs.

The choice of Dubna for the new production site is not accidental. In 2024, ESTILAB became a resident of the Dubna Special Economic Zone (SEZ), where a factory covering 7,000 square meters will be built by 2027.

Sixty million rubles have already been invested in designing the future plant, and preparatory work for construction is currently underway. According to the company’s estimates, the new factory will quadruple production capacities and enable the production of new categories of products, including bioactive components for cosmetology and pharmaceuticals, as well as innovative packaging under the import substitution program.

“This is a significant step in the development of ESTILAB as a strong, high-tech company,” says Irina Amosova, co-founder of the cosmetic holding. “We are investing in the creation of an independent ecosystem for our brands. A full cycle—from our own R&D lab to the production of unique components—will give us maximum flexibility and comprehensive quality control. Ultimately, this will allow us to create cosmetics of the future that exceed customer expectations.”
