The Construction Support Center of the Moscow Region has ensured the issuance of construction permits for new production facilities of the renowned Swiss professional cosmetics brand PLEYANA, according to a press release from the regional Chief State Construction Supervision Department.
The total investment in the project will amount to 80 million rubles. Preparatory work on the site has already begun.
As part of the project, in the village of Kutyino in the Podolsk urban district, a production building with an area of over 1,200 square meters and two warehouses will be constructed. After the facilities are commissioned, they are expected to produce approximately 40 tons of product monthly, meeting the needs of beauty salons, medical centers, and spa salons.
The developer is the company "Trade House Leader-Alliance," which specializes in producing cosmetic products and nutraceuticals based on natural components.
The new industrial development will provide additional jobs for residents of Podolsk, with approximately 40 new vacancies expected to be created.
Earlier, the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobiev, emphasized the importance of providing full support to businesses.
"I consider this to be important and interesting, and it is the task of each leader, each member of our team across sectors, to provide maximum support to businesses. … Any enterprise faces a huge number of problems and challenges that need to be addressed," noted Vorobiev.
