The unit consists of a Hopper, a Dry powder collector made of Stainless steel and a vary speed conveyor. The capsules, while moving on the conveyor revolve along their axis due to the angular guides, thus can be inspected. Each capsule is polished twice in two chambers, thus imparting a glossy finish.
Used for soft capsules polishing and post-forming treatment, making the finished product look more attractive. Depending on the model the diameter of the pot body can be 1000 or 800 mm, productivity: 50 – 80 or 30 – 60 kg per hour.
