JFP series capsule polisher is an advanced capsule polishing machine with the filtrating function. The whole machine is made of stainless steel; frequency inverter controls the speed of the motor. It is not only applied to polishing capsule, tablet and eliminating the static electricity, but also applied to ejecting empty capsule, little dosage capsule, separated capsule and fragment. This polishing machine is used after capsules are for cleaning the powder attached on the capsules surface, through mechanically rotating brush and attraction of vacuum to take out the external powder of capsules.
This machine can be used to remove powder from capsules and to discard empty capsules and capsules with low weight.
Used for soft capsules polishing and post-forming treatment, making the finished product look more attractive. Depending on the model the diameter of the pot body can be 1000 or 800 mm, productivity: 50 – 80 or 30 – 60 kg per hour.
