The Coating Pan drive is through standard make heavy duty worm reduction gear box & electrical motor by means of belt and pulley drive fitted on a rigid structure.

Highest possible effective de-dusting & de-burring of the tablets by means of vibratory effect. Discharged tablets from the Tablet Press are entered to the top of the Tablet De-Dusting Machine and finally passed through elegantly designed perforated spiral which gently vibrated to release the layer of surface dust & remove the edges.

Flexible for special applications for lighter process dust problem. Dust weighed down air enters the collector through an expansion chamber, where heavy dust partials are deposited by gravity. The finer dust passes upward through a single large orifice and is finally collected by a multiple sleeve fabric filter, the top of which is attached to a highly effective snap action shaking mechanism, operated by a handle manually on the back side of the unit/equipment.
