SED-2AGL-2-C machine for filling and sealing liquids into plastic ampoules features a two-position step-by-step transfer system: two bottles are processed simultaneously. It performs nitrogen pre-purging, filling, nitrogen re-injection, heating, and sealing. It has a throughput of 3,600 bottles per hour. It features variable speed control, multiple filling heads, and the option of compressed air or nitrogen supply. Smooth container feed and automatic stop in the event of a container failure enhance process reliability.
