Description

SED-7SJ line for producing pharmaceutical suppositories combines molding, filling, cooling, and sealing. Molding is performed using PVC/PE film with precision edge trimming. Filling is single-shot, with an accuracy of ±2%, while composition homogeneity is maintained through heating and mixing. Cooling is carried out in a chiller chamber, followed by sealing, labeling, and batch cutting (5-6 pieces per batch, as required). Capacity: 10,000-12,000 pieces per hour.
