The WAR150 Wrap Around Machine is a manual carton wrap around machine (sometimes called a Case Packer Wrap Around machine) from the innovative Spanish manufacturer Ear-Flap. It can achieve outputs of up to 15 cartons per minute (subject to the carton dimensions).
Suitable for carton sealing of the same specification at the same time; simple operation, convenient use, easy adjustment, fast unpacking speed, high efficiency, ruggedness, can be used stand-alone, and can also be used in conjunction with the packaging line after automation.
The PLC and touch screen system are used in this series of box packers, which makes the operation settings simple, such as setting the number of layers and the form of paper for each box, which can be directly entered on the touch screen. The number of layers can be set to single or multiple layers. Maximal packaging size is 500 x 500 x 500 mm.
