Premier Tech Chronos double stackers take single unit loads and consistently and efficiently stack one on top of the other, eliminating the need for fork truck drivers picking and stacking loads. When loads are presented to the fork truck drivers, loads are already prepared for storage and/or transportation. The double stackers use Premier Tech Chronos' 3,000lb hoist design that has been field proven for over 30 years, to lift the first load allowing a second load to convey in under the raised load. The VFD hoist, along with a series of photo eyes, gently lowers the raised load onto the load below. The two loads are then conveyed out from the double stacker.
A pallet collector / dispenser is also used to collect and dispense single (or double) empty, GMA or CHEP design wooden pallets to and from a stack of empty pallets. Pallets are dispensed from the top of the stack. Movement of the pallets is accomplished through the use of an overhead scissors lift gantry, and a mechanically actuated set of retainers to catch the pallet in the openings.
Premier Tech Chronos' pallet dispensers provide high flexibility thanks to the machine configuration allowing to handle two, three or more different pallet sizes with minimal adjustment. The pallet dispenser can be designed for side or rear loading and handles virtually any size or type of pallets.
Premier Tech Chronos’ Pneumatic AS/RS Pick-up & Delivery Station Scissors Lift is specifically designed to lift up to 4000 lb. Vertical rods are used to limit the travel of the scissors lift instead of using stops to limit the travel of the scissors’ cam followers, like standard scissors lifts. This feature directly opposes the lifting forces and transfers the lifting energy through the P & D Scissors Lift’s frame, unlike the standard scissors lifts which transfer their forces through the scissors, putting unnecessary stress and wear on the scissors lift’s bushings and cam followers. Premier Tech Chronos' Pneumatic P & D Scissors Lift can also be equipped with pneumatic valves, flow controls, and quick exhaust to customize the lift to your specific lifting or lowering application.
