JGS-200 Automatic Locking Machine

This automatic capping machine features easy operation with automatic lid opening and closing. Bottles move in a straight line for continuous, fast capping—2-3 times quicker than in-termittent systems. The friction rotary cover ensures smooth, quiet transmission without vibration. Safety is enhanced by fault and uncovered bottle shutdown systems. It handles 50–200 bottles/minute, supports diameters of 30–120 mm, and operates at 220V, 50–60 Hz. Powered by a 1000W motor, the machine measures 1800 × 850 × 1850 mm and weighs 720 kg.
