SED-4AGL-2-C is a machine for filling and sealing small glass ampoules in pharmaceutical applications. Its two-position, step-by-step system processes two ampoules per cycle. It performs pre- and post-flow nitrogen injection, filling, preheating, and sealing. It supports simultaneous liquid and gas injection, features speed control, and an automatic low-volume shutdown. It has a throughput of up to 8,000 ampoules per hour.

This machine consists of syringe tray, filling system, stopper supplying system and electric control system. The two servo motors control the ceramic pump to set the filling volume.
