BD200 – Bottle Drying System

The bottle drying system removes moisture from containers af-ter filling, washing, cooling, or sleeve application, and supports drying before labeling. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a 7.5 kW blower with heated airflow (65–70°C), adjustable three-axis nozzles, and an optional upper pressure belt. With 70–90% drying efficiency, it is ideal for reliable industrial packaging lines.
