Automatic PET Bottle Machine /PET Bottle Blowing Machine is wildly used in all kinds of bottle for water, beverage, fruit and medical industries including water bottle, CSD bottle, Hot-filling bottle, medicine bottle, wine bottle and so on.

The Main Application of Semi-automatic Blow Molding Machine is to produce wide range shapes of PET/PC/PE bottles. It is able to produce from 100ml -6000ml bottles, which is widely used producing all kinds of bottles, including mineral pure water bottles, mineral water bottle water, carbonater soft drink bottles, juice bottles, medical bottles, cosmetic and oil bottles etc.

Designed to automatically blow bottles with the volumes within 0.5 – 5 L and the neck diameter within 28 – 130 mm. Controlled by PLC, parameters are set through a touchscreen. Maximum capacity can reach 800 bottles per hour.

This machine is designed for blowing the carbonic acid beverage bottles, mineral spring water bottles, farm chemical bottles, oil bottles and medical hot-filled bottles of any shapes, which are made of PET, PP or PE raw materials. Nominal output can reach 1,500 bottles per hour.

GF1302 B Semi-automatic blow molding machine is applicable for blowing carbonic acid beverage bottles, mineral spring water bottles, farm chemical bottles, oil bottles and medical hot-filled bottles of any shapes, which are made of PET, PP or PE raw materials. Nominal output can reach 1,500 bottles per hour.

GF130-2A Automatic blow molding machine is applicable for blowing carbonic acid beverage bottles, mineral spring water bottles, farm chemical bottles, oil bottles and medical hot-filled bottles of any shapes, which are made of PET, PP or PE raw materials. Nominal output can reach 4,360 bottles per hour.

It is applicable for production of different pet bottles for water, beverages, oils, etc. both hot and cold filling, still or carbonated drinks. Servo driven, PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI with a touchscreen. Max. bottle volume is 0.6 L, neck diameter is 18 – 38 mm, output is 12,000 BPH.
