SED-BG-80D is a film coating machine for tablets with a maximum loading capacity of 80 kg per cycle. Tablets undergo a complex, uniform motion in a closed drum. The coating is sprayed through a gun using a peristaltic pump, and drying occurs using purified hot air under negative pressure. The process is fully controlled by a PLC controller, resulting in a durable, smooth, and uniform coating.
