Description

DS-180 — a horizontal Doypack packaging machine featuring hang-hole punching, zipper application, and spout insertion capabilities. An independent film unwind unit controls tension and improves pouch forming. The servo-driven system ensures precise feeding, rapid changeovers, and high torque for large-volume production. The zipper system guarantees stable tension and uniform sealing, while the spout unit creates strong, leak-proof seals. Suitable for flexible packaging in various shapes. Packing Capacity: 40–60 ppm.
