Description

JY-450F automatic horizontal flow wrapper features a servo drive, PLC, and touchscreen interface for precise cutting and easy operation. A high-sensitivity sensor automatically tracks registration marks and bag length. Independent PID temperature control and a dual-sealing system ensure packaging quality. The stainless steel housing ensures hygiene and quiet operation. It offers an output of 30–180 packs/min and is suitable for regularly shaped food (e.g., bread, cookies) and non-food products. Optional features include nitrogen flushing, labeling, automatic feeding, and metal detection.
