Description

This multi-lane system is designed for packaging fine granules like silica desiccant, sugar, salt, and washing powder into 3 or 4 side-sealed sachets with easy-tear notches. It operates with 4-6 or 8-12 lanes and can achieve up to 35 cycles per minute. The machine produces sachets sized 50-180mm long and 17-30mm wide, utilizing volumetric cup or weigher filling methods with high precision (0.03-0.05g accuracy) and includes a vacuum feeder.
