A food packaging plant to be built in Kashira for 600 million rubles

Italian group IMA has developed the first fully integrated suppository production and packaging line. The solution combines the IMA Sarong SAAS 15 forming, filling and sealing machine, the IMA Safe A83 cartoner, the IMA Life Sensitive AP400 labeller, the IMA BFB CP18 MINIFLEX case packer and Antares Vision serialization. The line will be available from October 2026 at the IMA Sarong plant.

At North America's largest packaging show PACK EXPO International 2026 (October 18-21, Chicago), Marchesini Group presented world premieres: a robotic high-speed line for monomaterial blisters and the new NPS robotic picking station with AI vision.

A new granulation line has been launched at the ALIUM pharmaceutical site (Binnopharm Group) in Obolensk, Moscow region. The equipment is designed for loads of up to 150 kg per cycle and significantly raised the plant's productivity, which is already heading toward 70 million packs of medicines a year.
