The creator of the ICON SKIN and DE_CODE brands has moved the site from Khimki to Dubna and will increase production from 3 to 5 million units.

The Russian full-cycle cosmetics company ESTILAB, the creator of the ICON SKIN and DE_CODE brands, has announced the expansion of production. As part of the investment project, the production site was moved from Khimki to the Dubna science city, which allowed the company to expand its area to 6500 square meters and increase annual output from 3 to 5 million units.

The company explains the move to Dubna with the need to improve and expand its facilities in anticipation of developing its own brand portfolio. The new facilities represent a high-tech enterprise equipped with an automated production management system and an innovative water treatment system of its own design. The complex also has a modern laboratory for quality control of raw materials and finished products.

In November, the site will be fully operational, which will not only increase production volumes, but also increase the number of export destinations, as well as adapt the assortment to local markets. The staff of the new enterprise is fully staffed from among the residents of Dubna — about 100 new jobs have been created.

The choice of Dubna to host production was not accidental: in 2024, the company became a resident of the "Dubna" special economic zone, where its own factory with an area of 7,000 square meters will be built by 2027. 60 million rubles have already been invested in the design of the future plant, preparatory work for construction is underway at the site.

  • The volume of investments in the expansion of production is about 200 million rubles;
  • Annual output will grow from 3 to 5 million units;
  • The area of the new complex in Dubna is 6,500 square meters;
  • About 100 new jobs have been created;
  • By 2027, its own factory will be built in "Dubna" SEZ with an area of 7000 sq.m.

According to the company's estimates, its own plant will allow it to quadruple its production capacity and launch new product categories, including bioactive components for cosmetology and pharmaceuticals, as well as innovative packaging under the import substitution program.

"This is a significant step in the development of ESTILAB as a strong high-tech company. We are investing in creating an independent ecosystem for our brands. A full cycle, from our own R&D laboratory to the production of unique components, will give us maximum flexibility and comprehensive quality control," said the co—founder of the cosmetics holdingIrina Amosova.

At the same time, the company is strengthening its export business: ESTILAB products are already represented in 15 countries, and foreign supplies account for about 13% of total sales. In 2025, the manufacturer began deliveries to Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Azerbaijan, and in the next one to two years it intends to focus on the ASEAN markets of Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.
